Anaglyfo Consulting

Anaglyfo Consulting is one of the leading VET organizations in Limassol, Cyprus. Anaglyfo is an Accredited Training Center for its Infrastructure (Experience, Quality of Training Programs, etc.), an Accredited Training Center for its facilities and an Accredited center for Training New Trainers by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus. Moreover, all its trainers are also certified by HRDA. Anaglyfo currently has five employees. In addition, the organization cooperates with trainers, lectures and other professionals and associates where necessary for the successful completion of its projects.

Anaglyfo mainly focuses on sustainability, adult training, youth and NEED development, digitalization, ICT skills and media literacy. It was founded in 2008 and since then, the strong and talented team of professionals offers unique and valuable services to its partners to create a sustainable competitive advantage in every project is involved. The Anaglyfo team has substantial experience in the related fields with 100% positive feedback for the projects it takes responsibility for.

Anaglyfo has implemented many actions and initiatives, which makes us a highly specialized state-of-the-art organization. Furthermore, our adaptation of new technologies offers us the opportunity to develop and collect a great number of experiences in innovative tools, apps, entrepreneurial products, lifelong learning platforms and practices.

Anaglyfo offers services in the areas of professional training and development through innovative methodologies in formal and non-formal settings. We conduct initial and continue vocational training and workshops for personal and professional skills growth. Our policy is that, people can develop their personal and professional skills to the fullest only through learning and by practicing. Therefore, we adopt a policy of formal and non-formal education based on commitment through active participation. We hope that through the initiatives created by our organisation we create a framework where participants will have the opportunity to express themselves and become aware of their maximum potentials and opportunities.

BIRDIE – Institute for Inclusive Economy and Sustainable Development

BIRDIE – Institute for Inclusive Economy and Sustainable Development is a Croatian non-profit organization founded in 2022 with the aim of promoting the principles of inclusive capitalism in business and wider society. BIRDIE Institute’s focus is on creating and extending the opportunities and benefits of our economic systems to all people and building a more sustainable future, which is only possible by making economies more equitable from the bottom up e.g., from the most disadvantaged group of people or people with fewer possibilities.

The Institute’s services encompass research, education and training in the field of management, leadership and IT, as well as project design and implementation in Youth, Adults, and Education sectors.

The main activities of the Institute are:

– Promotion of inclusiveness, empowerment, equal opportunities, availability of information and resources to all participants in society, especially those from vulnerable groups, i.e. people with less opportunities (youth, women, migrants, elderly people, people with special needs, persons of lower socio-economic status, etc.);

– Fostering social and civic engagement among young people through nonformal and informal education initiatives, such as sports and socio-educational activities (youth work) that give young people life skills and act as a bridge to society, especially for disadvantaged youth.

– Research and training in contemporary management practices (ethical organizational culture, positive leadership, socially responsible business, employees’ job satisfaction, quality and future of work);

– Organization of educational programs in the domain of digital and transversal competences with the aim of empowering people of all ages in various social and economic settings;

– Research and program development in the field of sustainable tourism and related forms of tourism offer,

– Organization of seminars on the topic of ecology, environmental protection, fight against climate change and a healthy lifestyle, which contribute to the achievement of well-being of all segments of the economic and social community.

Creating more opportunities for more people or making progress towards an inclusive economy encompasses actions that take place globally, nationally, locally and across different contexts, including education, business, and the wider society. Inspired by EU values and a European identity, the Institute therefore strives to contribute to positive change in society, develop meaningful and impactful cooperative projects and also to bring European dimension to the local level.

The members of BIRDIE Institute have many years of experience in the implementation of local, national, and international projects, including IPA, Erasmus+, Interreg, etc, and thus have sound knowledge of project management, as well as good connections with the academia and business sector, as well as local authorities and government bodies who can help in preparing and implementing different initiatives aimed at promoting inclusive economy and civic participation, especially among young people who make the core of every society.

 

CENTRUL DE INCUBARE CREATIV INOVATIV DE AFACERI (CICIA)

Association CICIA is a business incubator since 2003. CICIA’s mission is to stimulate the sustainable development of the local communities, companies, institutions and organizations and to promote the entrepreneurial spirit among the people from the age active segment, respecting the policies promoted by the European Union in the sector of equality of chances. We have special actions for women and young entrepreneurs.

Our expertise fields are: social development/employment/eradication of poverty; entrepreneurship; consultancy and assistance in business start-up ; preparing business plans; circular economy; climate changes; adult education; migration rural development; gender equality; combating domestic violence; development policies; researches on the economic state of Neamt County including rural mountain area.

From 2015 CICIA is a member of the Local Committee for the Development of the Social Partnership (CLDPS) from the Neamt County – North-East Region. CLDPS’s consultative role is exercised through specific actions and measures to develop / monitor strategic planning documents for VET provision at the county / local level, as well as to formulate recommendations for the provision of Vocational Education and Training (VET) points of view, assistance and collaboration in the county plan concerning the field of education, training and human resources development, according to the general framework of organization and functioning.

Since 2010 the Association is a member of the Drumurile Bistritei Local Action Group where it carries out information activities for the communities in the implementation area of the LAG.

CICIA is a member of the Romanian Women’s Lobby Association (RoWL). Created on 5 September 2007 to promote equality between women and men in Romania and Europe and to strengthen EU policies aimed at strengthening women’s rights as human rights and equality between women and men, the Romanian Women’s Lobby (RoWL) became a member of the European Women’s Lobby (EWL) of 27 October 2007.

CICIA has representatives in Mountain Forum in Romania, in the Mountainology Commission of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences Academy, and also research associates at the Center for Mountain Economic of the Economic Research National Institute of the Romanian Academy.

Association CICIA is certified by the Scientific Research National Authority through Decision no. 9719 from 18.08.2008 for research activity. Association CICIA is a member of national network of youth organizations tineRETEA , the consultative organism of National Minister of Youth in all the matters related to youth.

Since 2021, CICIA is a member of Europe Network of Innovation for Inclusion, conformed by a community of over 360 organizations in 23 EU countries representing a stronger ecosystem of EU organizations committed with innovation and social inclusion through exchanges of good practices and the promotion of partnerships and collaborations.
