The project consortium of Cypriot, Romanian and Croatian partners was developed with the aim of empowering and supporting vulnerable youth in accessing employment opportunities within the digital economy. To that end a Digital Skills and Youth Development Manual is created, on the basis of which the Trainings on Digital Skills and Youth Development for youth and youth workers are conducted in these three countries. Additionally, a Mentoring Programme for young professionals in Cyprus, Romania and Croatia is provided.

The target group for the activity is multi-faceted, consisting of both direct participants and indirect beneficiaries. This comprehensive target group encompasses various stakeholders with distinct roles and expectations:

Youth Participants (90): These young individuals, typically between the ages of 15 to 30, represent the primary beneficiaries of the manual. They are the immediate recipients of the knowledge and skills imparted.
Youth Workers (30): Youth workers, including educators, mentors, and community leaders, constitute an integral part of the direct participants. The manual equips them with tools and strategies to better serve the youth they work with, including those with specific needs, such as disabilities.
- Indirect Beneficiaries
Families and Communities: As these youth individuals apply their newfound skills and insights, they can contribute to their families and communities, potentially bridging the digital divide and promoting positive youth development.

Mentoring Programme
A mentoring programme serves as a vital catalyst for enhancing digital skills among young professionals by providing structured support and personalized guidance. For participants of the Trainings on Digital Skills and Youth Development who wish to further enhance their employability and entrepreneurial skills in a digital environment, a qualified mentor is awarded in the duration of four months.
